Terms of Use

1. The licence

Nomadu is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The points below add to it for things specific to Nomadu. The provider is TJ Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany, info@tj-labs.de (legal notice).

2. Visa and tax figures are estimates

Nomadu counts your days per country and compares them with visa rules and tax residency thresholds. The rules come from public sources, are simplified and can be out of date, and your own situation can differ from them: a border officer can grant a shorter stay, a country can count its tax year differently, and tax residency often depends on more than days, such as a home, family or work.

The figures are therefore a reference, not legal or tax advice. Check the rules that apply to you with the embassy or official source of the country, and with a tax advisor, before you rely on them. We are not liable for overstays, refused entries, taxes, fines or other consequences of relying on the figures.

3. Location tracking

Stays are recorded from your phone's location. Tracking can miss days, for example when the phone is off, has no permission or has no signal, and a stay can be placed in the wrong city near a border. Check your timeline, and correct or add stays where needed.

4. Your account and your content

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what happens in your account is your responsibility. The trips, notes and documents you add remain yours. You give us the rights needed to store them, sync them to your devices and show them to the people you share a trip with, and nothing beyond that.

Only add documents you are allowed to share, and only share a trip with people who may see what is in it.

5. Subscription

Nomadu Pro is sold through the App Store as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before it ends, in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A free trial, if offered, ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

6. AI features and agents

City tips, stop suggestions and screenshot imports are generated by AI and can be wrong. If you connect an AI agent to your account, it can read and change your data with the key you gave it; you are responsible for the agent you choose, and you can revoke its key in the app at any time.

7. Fair use

Do not use Nomadu to break the law, to access other people's data, or to overload or work around the service, including its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Ending

You can stop using Nomadu and delete your account in the app at any time (Settings, Delete Account). Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
